This is a throwback look! These pictures were taken last spring. The hat is from Forever 21, the shirt is Urban Outfitters, the skirt is from Tillys and the shoes are Jeffery Campbell. Lace up has been a huge trend lately and doesn't look like it will be going out anytime soon. Button up skirts were big last spring and summer, but it's hard to say where they will stand spring of 2017.
